BUCKHORN VISTA:
This 40 acre parcel is at the far north border of the development, and the 640 acre parcel to the north of its border is a “State School Section” that is designated for grazing and/or recreation to lessees. The 40 acre site is NOT under and conservation easement, or any other restrictions, and as such, being in 5 acre residential zoning, could be split into multiple building sites utilizing the “Upper Ark Augmentation Plan” for each to have a well. And the topography of this parcel lends itself well to multiple lots. There are two “Accessory Structure Permitted” glamping cabins on this parcel with underground power to each. No well has been drilled, but a 2500 gallon green tank located on the parcel can provide seasonal gravity fed water use for each glamping cabin. The structures are being offered without any valuation being put to them, as they are not technically residential dwellings, and will not be subject to any home inspection during a sale transaction.
